Becalmed, the three masted steel barque Favell built by Charles Hill & Sons, Bristol in 1895.She holds the distinction as the port’s last square-rigged sailing ship built there.
In 1910 the Finnish School Ships Company (Finska Skolskepps Rederiet) purchased her, and she spent much of her career operating as a cargo-carrying training ship. She regularly loaded grain in South Australia’s Spencer Gulf and sailed international routes. After her final sailing voyages in 1934, she was sold and broken up for scrap in Finland.
